2013 Shiraz

This Shiraz delivers bold black fruit expression and structure to match. It is dense and savoury offering lovely ripe fruit; dark plums, cherries and raspberry, yet maintains wonderful texture showcasing robust tannins with notes of cocoa, cinnamon and cloves. Arguably the most iconic red grape in Australia, this Shiraz from the Pyrenees in Victoria joins a long line of rich and powerful wines destined for long slow meals with friends and good food.

2013 Sangiovese

Sangiovese is a grape with roots in Tuscany, yet has a long history of being made in Australia. This Sangiovese offers that classic mid weight profile with black cherries, cocoa and fine grained tannins that gives the wine length. Enjoy this with a plate of anti-pasto or richer red meat dishes like ragu or slow cooked roasts.

2015 Pinot Gris

This wine displays a mixture of light copper pink and rose petal colours. It has long legs and a slightly sweet balance, a product of exquisite ripe tannins. This wine has a full rounded body, and is silky all the way to the end. It Elicits aromas such as marzipan, honeysuckle, white peaches and cinnamon. Best served with Cantonese dishes, Thai or Indian white meat curries.
